- Support Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks to support the customer service team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
