Job description
We are looking for a Learning and Development Manager to oversee our educational programs and ensure the quality and effectiveness of our courses. The ideal candidate will have experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and program management.
Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Design and implement educational programs and training initiatives that meet the needs of our students.
- Content Oversight: Oversee the creation and revision of course content, ensuring it meets high standards of quality and relevance.
- Alignment: Ensure all programs and courses align with educational standards and organizational objectives.
- Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work with instructors and subject matter experts to enhance course offerings and implement best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.
- Strong background in curriculum development and instructional design.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team of educators and content creators.
